This training will target youth workers and built their competencies on media literacy and critical thinking and how to transfer their knowledge to the others.

Each partner will send up to five participants (25 in total). These participants will increase their competencies as the project will bring external experts to empower all the consortium.
Venue – Sinaia, Romania
Duration – 7 days

Methodology: Learning by doing, NFE, Learner centered approach, simulations, role playing, and case studies. Different exercises of individual and teamwork, methods like design thinking, storytelling, theoretical inputs and workshops prepared by the participants. The project is entirely based on non-formal education approach which involves learners on a voluntary basis and is carefully planned, to foster the participants’ personal, social and professional development.
